COACHING
Put simply, coaching enables a person, group or team to move from where they are now, to where they wish to be, through a process of exploration and action, by engaging in a collaborative coaching process. It is a person-centered, non-directive approach. Coaching can work with anyone who wishes to make changes, whether that related to health, work, career, relationships or wellbeing.

Coaching can be offered via telephone, video or walking. I also offer nature based walks coaching/mindful walks on a 1-1 to encourage deeper nature connectedness, insight and growth towards goals.
Sessions are £80.00 per 60 Minuites
